Next Topic - Judging

The next topic on my list that appears we haven't beaten to death and/or
pretty muched reached concencus on was Judging.

I'm not suggesting that we can get this finalized right now, but I would
like to hear more names of people we could potentially contact at a later
date regarding this. I mentioned several people and so did a few other
folks.

In addition to _who_ the Judges are, we might want to start thinking about
Judging Guidelines and whether we draw some up for the Judges to follow.
Without Judging Guidelines of some sort, even if they are very brief and
general, we might end up with a judge who favours the photography over the
aquascaping or a particular style over another.

This is NOT a discussion of Categories. That will follow.
