Contact lists

Could the folks who are doing "contact lists" please sort or arrange them
into categories before they go to the effort of sending them to me - for
example, with hobbyist clubs - it would be easier to keep track of if the
listing is arranged first by Country, then by Region or State, and then by
City and finally by the name of the club and their URL and a "contact name"
(usually the Secretary) with an e-mail address.

Similarly, if an organization is national, please arrange them by country
served, special interest group, etc.

The reason I'm asking for this is that I expect that there will be a lot of
people to contact and it would save time later if this information is sorted
out in advance. I also want to avoid duplication - no need to contact the
same club twice. Plus, my hands are going to be kind of full with the
preparation of the proposal for the next little while.

If anyone has contacts or hobbyist friends in other countries it might be an
idea to ask them for lists of groups in their areas as well.
