Because the photos are specific to the entry, and the entries are specific
to a common entrant, the photos are vicariously specific to an entrant
from the standpoint of "here's all the photos this entrant needs to send".

My thinking was, since that page doubles as a printout to be sent with the
check, it seemed appropriate to list all the photos they'd have to send as
well.
