I can't reach the URL which David listed either, but he did send me an e-mail with the files attached, so I'll make some comments.... WOW! It's now clear to me why there is such a huge price difference between the little PDF Writer utility I have and the full blown program from Adobe! David's ability to "optimize" the files, for either screen or printer, makes a dramatic difference in size of the files and his are obviously the ones we should go with. >The 19K, 1-page doc >that James sent I was able to get down to 10K. The 6-page doc is a mere >44K. I think both of those sizes are reasonable. I think I can probably >get the 24-page doc down a lot smaller than 1 meg, too. The 44k pdf file which Dave produced contains 9 pages, not 6 (there are 6 pages of guidelines and 3 pages for the Entry Form, Aquascape Info Form and Photo Release). I have asked him to make one minor revision on a "page break" but once that it done, this thing is going to be perfect. The file is exactly what will be submitted to TAG for printing there and is essentially a complete Information/Entry package containing ALL of the Guideline information from the web site. I'm still a little boggled about how we could have gotten 24+ pages down to 9. Erik, do you still want us to shoot for a 2 page summary?
