You're entitled to your opinions. I'm entitled to tell you mine. Mine is "so what? let up on the overly-serious criticism!" From a practical standpoint, how can one "discontinue use at this time" of a graphic that I've already given to a bunch of other people? The genie is already out of the bottle. Why lay negative criticism on it now? There's more: Maybe I can't take criticism well on things that I've worked very hard on, so any message saying "let's get rid of this" isn't going to go over well. But you've managed to do this a handful of times to me during this particular project, and you still don't seem to understand why. You said, in an earlier message to me a couple weeks ago, something to the effect of "I don't know (and frankly don't care) where this anger towards me is coming from." This sums it up exactly. You have no problem laying comments on me and others that manage to piss us off. You don't realize you're doing it at the time, and you don't bother to try and understand why this person reacted this way afterwards. You don't understand the value of keeping your people (especially the ones who will work hard for you) happy. Anyway, I will do my best to not react during the remainder of this project, for the sake of this project. What keeps me here is that I really beleive in the project and really want to see it through. - Erik -- Erik Olson erik at thekrib dot com ------------------ To unsubscribe from this list, e-mail majordomo@thekrib.com with "unsubscribe aga-contest" in the body of the message.
