Hmm, I guess including US mailing.  As I mentioned back at the beginning,
I'll take a small cut if I'm producing the things one at a time with the
materials I have at home (blanks, labels, inkjet cartridge, mailers), like
maybe $5 of the $10 per disk. 

If we get a huge response to initial orders and it's cheaper to buy a all
the supplies in bulk, I'll do that instead.  My guess it's going to
initially be a small number.
