For future reference: "Viability" emphasis

Cleaning out e-mail from the past couple days; Something that came up with
the judges, sending to this list for archiving for future showcase.  I
kinda thought we had this covered in the weighting of the scoring, but
then again, I totally forgot about it when I was sorting through the
entries.

"Clearly this is something that we might have wanted to discuss before we
even started.  I started with the belief that the tanks should be healthy
places for fish and/or plants to live, and be a maintainable display.  
Since tank XXX did not, IMO, provide a reasonable environment for the
inhabitants, I totally dismissed it, even though it's "eye appeal" might
arguably be superior to some of the others."
