[AGA Contest] updated Scott's suggestion, fixed resource links

Scott sent some dead and changed link corrections, which I've fixed.

I also added his Q&A to the FAQ, and added one on "plantless aquariums in
the biotope category", since it's one of the recurring questions that we
get each year (and gives me yet another place to put a pointer to the 
Biotope guidelines page).
