Yes the portal banner or the likes is what I had envisioned.

I think we were going in the area of $175 or $225.

It was $100 1st, $50 2nd and $25 3rd
  or    $100 1st, $75 2nd and $50 3rd.

I can't remember so let me verify that with "my peoples". I will also need 
to verify the catergory we wanted to sponsor. I was thinking of proposing a 
Best of Show bonus but I don't kow if I can swing it. Everyone is freaking 
over getting Mike Senske situated at the moment. I told them in January I 
was working on it. In April that I had confirmed it and then in May they 
spiral out of control over the "time crunch". :-) Being Prez is a great non 
paying job huh?
