I don't know if we can get away with that as far as keeping things equal.  
One category winner might whine about another category winner getting a 
better prize.  I like Scott's idea of co-sponsors.  How many prizes are we 
giving for each category and what about ribbons, etc.  Smaller donations 
might be ideal for the smaller prizes while large prizes can be sponsored by 
corps or larger organizations.
