[AGA-Contest] [94] "$5 Hardship donation fund" for next year

This morning an entrant was letting me know that he was going to pull one 
of his three entries, and I offered to try and get a refund OR he could 
donate the $5 to cover someone from Poland or other countries having a 
hard time with PayPal.  Last year we did this entirely with one "angel" 
who just wrote out a check for all the entrants with hard times getting 
the fee to us.  Anyway, this fellow was just pleased as punch that a 
little $5 would help out someone else participate in the contest & 
suggested we formalize it.

So, next year we'll formalize it. :)

PS: Looks like only about two of the "probable entries" will end up being 
no-shows & knocked off the list at the end.  That's darned cool, I must say.
