To develop a schedule, I suggest you start with the contest end date and work
back from there, with the milestones/tasks and the time needed for each in the
order of dependence.

So, I don't want to just decree that the contest starts on the 15th of June,
so would appreciate others in the BOD to weigh in and give me the blessing
on announcing the details of the contest. As soon as I get the go ahead,
I'll forward a note to the contest crew before posting.
