Hi Zoe and All,

Since I'm not getting much sleep, I've gone ahead and started registering to 
a number of the sites.  I've registered down through the English foreign 
sites, but haven't done any of the international sites in foreign languages. 
  So, if you'd like to take those Zoe, that would be greatly appreciated.  I 
haven't added any announcements to any of those sites, so we want to post 
the initial intro and the follow up message that includes the solicitation 
for volunteers.

If that sounds reasonable, let me know and I'll resend the intro document 
again.
