I'm french and I don't understand how to register to aquascaping contest.
Please, could you send me something in french, especially about the signed
photo release forme (Do I send one signed picture and the same picture without
any sign, or only the signed picture ?).
Also, I would like to have more information regarding to the registration
payment by internet. How to do that.
