Thanks for the input Scott.  I'll definitely remove the name of the judges 
from the announcement.  Better to be completely unbiased in the judging, or 
at least as much as possible.

Re: advertising.  Kind of how I felt about it.  I still think we're better 
off getting the word out in the forums.

Sponsorship: Who do I need to contact to have some money transferred from 
the NEAPS account?
