It doesn't matter if we're the only one requiring it. We are still liable as an organization. Listen though, you've done this several years in a row, so you know that we keep making it ridiculously easier. People whined that they couldn't be bothered to put a stamp on a letter, so we looked into faxes and e-mailing of scans.
