Since there's no convention in November, it's not so much a big deal of 
when the results go live.  But truth be told, if the site goes live in 
June, there should be plenty of time to wrap up by mid-September (as 
everyone always seems to enter last-minute, eh?).

If you guys were thinking of streamlining or clarifying juding rules, 
eliminating or adding categories, etc, might be a good time to do it now 
before it goes live.
