The big problem is that if he doesn't judge, it means he'd essentially be 
scoring himself last place.  It doesn't mean he can't win a prize, due to 
the weird harmonic averaging we do.  But it does diminish it.  All other 
past participants have opted to either not enter or enter unjudged.

NOW, speaking from my own opinion, I would much rather see him enter (and 
have a good shot at winning), than see him judge this year.  There are so 
few really good US aquascapers entering, it would be a shame.
