*  Bob is planning on producing quarterly reports on income/expense

* We need to find people with financial background to help Bob with:
  * Budgetting
  * Appropriations
[set target date for finding these people]

* Rough estimates for printing:
    * $1000 B&W
    * $1600 -1700 1 pg color
    * $2000 multiple issue w/color
    * $6000 - 8000 annually for 6 issues w/2-3 in color
    * $4000 - 6000 if quarterly

* Annual dues have not increased in 7 years, in spite of increased costs.

[I don't think this would be a good time to raise dues.  We need TAG to be
very reliable before we ask people to pay more $.  They are also unlikely
to be very receptive to a new management structure if, all of a sudden, it
costs them more money]

* Bob commented that a signature line needs to be added to our membership
brochures.  Karen said she would add it.
