MCM - Other Business READ LAST



* I'd like each of you to send your address and Tel# to the MC, so that we
can get in touch with each other by other than E-mail if necessary.  Here's

* We still have the following positions on the MC that need to be filled:

  * Sales
  * Historian

  * I'd like suggestion from all of you if you can think of someone
appropriate.

* If you have openings on your committee(s) that you need help filling,
please list them here:

* I'd like guideline written up for all of your committees.  These are
_not_ bylaws, but working "checklists" of things that need to be done by
your committee to get the work done. (see the list Dorothy did for
membership) If you have sub-committees under you, please ask those people
to do the same.  Don't worry about wording, if you need help, you'll get
it.<g>  

I know that some of these will be sketchy, since some of the committees are
new, and ideas are still forming.  That's fine, just send us what you have
(or envision) so far.

* We need to decide on a new meeting date.  To some extent, we need to know
when Erik thinks he might be able to create a Digest. (assuming that's what
the group decides to do)  We were originally slated to start with our odd#
month meetings in may, but I think several of us are feeling over worked by
our current inefficient system.  I suggest that we either wait till either
June or July for our next meeting, and try to give people some time to get
some work done.  Thoughts anyone?

Remember, unless we want old Robert to really turn over in his grave, I
should not make motions.  So it's up to you folks to go through all these
lists CAREFULLY, and make appropriate motions, even if it's a motion to
table till the next meeting
