These are _not_ bylaws, but working "checklists" of things that need to be done by your committee to get the work done. (see the list Dorothy did for membership) If you have sub-committees under you, please ask those people to do the same. Don't worry about wording, if you need help, you'll get it.<g> I know that some of these will be sketchy, since some of the committees are new, and ideas are still forming. That's fine, just send us what you have (or envision) so far. * We need to decide on a new meeting date. To some extent, we need to know when Erik thinks he might be able to create a Digest. (assuming that's what the group decides to do) We were originally slated to start with our odd# month meetings in may, but I think several of us are feeling over worked by our current inefficient system. I suggest that we either wait till either June or July for our next meeting, and try to give people some time to get some work done.
