How to address emails to the MC

Hi everyone,

I suggest that when we send messages to each other (and want to include the
entire MC), please address this message to

aga-mcm@luna.wrq.com

This will be placed on the "To:" line. No cc's are needed.

This will automatically include everyone, and it will also add your message
to the DIGEST format that Eric has set up. This way those of us that will
take advantage of the digest may do so, and everyone else will continue to
get their messages as if they were cc'd.
