I cc'd you separately, because I wasn't sure whether you were receiving the
digest yet.

Here are the work items that I have gathered together that I think your
committee needs to work on before the next meeting.  Please feel free to
add anything I've missed!

* Review draft of bylaws and decide whether any changes are necessary to
establish AGA as a non-profit organization

* If approved by MC, establish AGA as a non-profit organization in the
state of Florida

* Develop a list of requirements to be handled by the Finance committee

* Develop guidelines for your position
