Hi All, The time for groups to meet at the convention is 4:30 to 6:30 PM on Saturday. I suggest we schedule for 4:30 to 5:30 and let others schedule from 5:30 to 6:30. That way the person who wants to go to the Rainbowfish meeting can, and I can go to the NAFBG meeting too. How does that sound? Here's part of a reply I wrote to an inquiry about the convention. "The Aquatic Gardeners Association will have at least 3 of its steering committee members at the convention. We will be sponsoring one of the speakers, Dorothy Reimer, from Canada on Aquarium Plants. We will have a meeting of the Assn. on Saturday afternoon to introduce the steering committee to the members, get feedback on members concerns, show pictures/slides of our planted aquariums and talk about anything else the members want to talk about. We will also have informal opportunities to talk plants. Last year, at the Northeast Council, we even had a member from Japan attend, but most of the attendees will be from the US and Canada. The total convention could have several hundred people. The talks and auctions are well worth attending. The Niagara Falls area is one of the most picturesque in North America and worth the trip all by itself." See ya, Bob. _____________________________________________________________________ You don't need to buy Internet access to use free Internet e-mail.
