Fixed, over at the new site (www.aquatic-gardeners.org).  I'll be doing a
few more checks before flipping the big switch at Caltech this week (I'd
appreciate someone with a really bad browser verifying they can get to the
site).  Darn information's in two separate places: in the form itself
(which I had fixed) and on the "info" page.

I don't have my TAG handy here at work, so I don't think I have the
steering committee right; I'll double-check when I get home.
