AGA/APD Survey

Your friendly neighborhood web geek boy here. I just read Karen's post on
the APD about Olga's survey for the AGA.  As I now control the *whole*
machine housing our web site, those nasty little restrictions on forms we
used to experience at Caltech are gone, and so I can put the survey on the
site and have it automatically e-mail the results to Olga (or whatever
other thing you'd like it to do!).  So if you like, run it by me before
Neil publishes it, and I'll put it up & the URL can be included in the
published one...
