I don't think it's legal for the bank to take the checks that way. Dave is
not a signer on any AGA accounts. I kind of think all payments should run
through the books anyway. I think it's a bad precedent to set, since if
we let Dave do it, we may feel we need to do the same for other people we
don't trust as well.
