I suggest that we tell him that he is welcome to link his site to the AGA
site.  If, after we see his site, we agree that its contents would be
valuable to AGA members, we will provide a link from the AGA site to his.  

We do not have permission to allow others to use articles in TAG for this
purpose.  It would be his responsibility to contact each author directly to
obtain permission.

Any comments from other MC members?  Erik?
