        Can we find a way to do both? One idea is to let them use the
logo with a notation that they are a member, but we have not sanctioned
them in any way. I don't like to miss out on any opportunity for
publicity.

        Karen, when this is decided, let me know and I will make the
call. If we are going to allow them membership, I will have to make the
charge and should be the one to get the credit card info and also ask for
a filled in application with a signature to authorize the charge.
