AGA home page (fwd)

Dave Gomberg would like the AGA to add a link to his site.  I am
uncomfortable making this decision on my own.  On the one hand, Dave's
done lots of good stuff for the AGA community.  On the other hand, it's a
business, and having a precedent of linking to businesses may cause others
to "request" links as well.
