Hooray!  Glad you could get some articles.  I have had no luck at all getting
mine done.

Right now we have 778 members (paid & complimentary) BUT I have not yet
removed those members whose membership expired between Jan 99 and Aug 99.  My
assumption is that those members were entiitled to v 12, no. 1 through 4.  My
suggestion is that we also send v. 12 no. 5 (Sept. - Oct.) to those members as
a gesture of goodwill and an indication that we are back to normal.  This may
encourage them to renew.  This should probably be reviewed by the MCM, so I'll
forward it along for their review and comment.  Sound like we could afford it
financially.
