This was one option, as a way for AGA to feel that they had more "control"
of the process.  Dave G. did not ask for AGA to invest in the PAM.  He
offered that as an option to allay people's fears.  You raise a good point
about whether a non-profit can own shares in a for-profit magazine.  That's
one I'll check out with Dave #4 (heretofor referred to as Randall :-)

Well, what _really_ worried me was that you were feeling overwhelmed, and
if we ahd managed to overwhelm _you_, I knew we were in REAL trouble!<g>
