Bob, I met with some of the management committee members at Parsippany and several questions arose. Originally I thought to answer them directly, but I realized I might be skirting around you and the steering committee doing this. Then I realized that I really didn't know how AGA made decisions this big, and then I realized that probably no one else did either. The purpose of this mail is to propose a protocol for making and implementing the PAM subscription decision details. If you like this idea, please let me know and we can get started. I don't foresee anything striking in the agreement, so I think it will go pretty quick. Here is what I suggest: 1. You and I will negotiate a draft AGA-PAM subscription detailed agreement. (3 days) 2. You will submit it to the Management Committee for comment. (7 days) 3. You will digest and prioritize the comments and communicate them to me. (3 days) 4. Based on 3, you and I will modify the agreement until you are satisfied and comfortable with it. (7 days) 5. You will submit the modified agreement to the Steering Committee for its approval or rejection. (3 days) Please let me know what you think.
