No change.  I vote NO, ammended or not.  The ammendment, to me, says
"well, keep talking with Dave for now even though we might have to say no
to him because we're not ready yet." i.e., NO CHANGE from what we were
doing before, the things that had us in a deadlock!  My original proposal
was to stop negotiations until we've got our house clean, and I still
beleive this is the best, both for AGA and PAM.
