Jack: It is time to send me the label count and send the labels to the printer. As you know this is the last time will be using John Cowgell and Universal Printers. Starting next year, Mary is in charge of TAG and its printing. Mary: For the total number printed, I add 75 to Jack's count. 25 copies get directly mailed to Diana for back issues and I keep 50 in storage until she needs them. At one time, we also mailed 10-15 to Dorothy to sell at meetings. From the extras (which last ~2-3 years), I will handle occasional requests for "sample copies". There is an ad in FAMA (no charge to AGA) under their organizations listing which has my address and offers sample copies for $3. I provide one of the recent non-color issues. You should contact FAMA and give them your name and address. EVERYONE on AGA MC: This is a good time to decide if we want to advertise in AFM and TFH magazines and to have a separate ad in FAMA like other clubs. I suggest that we do. With PAM coming out, there will probably be advertising from Dave. It will be good to let people know we also exist. We discussed advertising ~5 years ago and nixed the idea cause the current membership chair (Dorothy) and person that did mailings (Diana) did not a bigger workload. To keep things simple, we shelved the idea. If Jack and others agree that it is time to do our best to expand, we can probably use someone to be in charge of advertising with some general direction from the MC/SC. At the NJ annual aquarium meeting, someone from that club recommended Ted Coletti to help AGA with advertising. He can be annoying, but is agressive. Bob or someone else might want to approach him. --Neil
