Hi Gang,

        Jack O'Leary reports we did very well with memberships in Nov and Dec.
Good news.

        I've received a proposal for an AGA International Showcase and Contest
from James Purchase with a request to send the names and addresses of the
MC so he can mail a copy of the 30 page proposal. Apparently, a lot of
work has been put in it by many people. I plan on sending the names and
addresses in a few days unless you request me not to send yours.

        It is time to start planning the meeting at the NEC. We are scheduled
for 1:00 PM on Friday with Claus' first talk at 3:30 PM Friday. I am not
going to be able to attend this year so I am looking for a volunteer from
the SC to chair the meeting. Please let us know if you are going to be
attending so we can plan accordingly.

        The only one I've heard from on whether to incorporate in Mass. or not
is Dorothy Reimer. Please respond.
