We have the conference room from 1:00 on Friday.  Claus' talk is at 3:30.
So we probably want to be done by 3:00 to give people a break, and give us
time to clear equipment & stuff out of the room so that _we_ don't miss
Claus' talk.

We usually have an AGA table in the vendor's room all weekend.  I can
confirm that with Janine.
