Hello AGAers,

Please make sure that <all> listings for the Dennerle book with the AGA are 
deleted.  (Erik,
thanks for getting it off the website so quickly.)  I've gotten two orders 
since I sold out and
each of these now requires refunds and a lot of extra work plus unhappy people 
that didn't get
the book they wanted.
    I understand from Dave Gomberg that this book is tough to order.  If Neil 
or any of you
want to carry it, then if you make the order and send me the books, I will be 
glad to sell it
in the future.  However, I don't have time right now to do it.
