Mine came yesterday, which seems reasonable given that 
*the regional post office received them on the 13th, 
*NC was paralyzed for the last week with a record snow fall
*I did not even receive any mail delivery for 3 days at home
*bulk mail normally takes 2-6 weeks for delivery.

I expect that everyone else's should start arriving in the next 1-2 weeks.
