Fwd: AGA CONTEST - Digest V1 #249

I already voted to endorse the concept as is.... and have passed a few
"editorial" comments and similar minor corrections onto James. I do not
plan to read the long discussions that were posted on the last AGA-MC
message. It is just not something that interests me at the present time. If
there are any serious issues that require my attention, please "wake me up"
and I will take a look..... and will certainly vote on any proposals (as
long as they are not buried in reams of text).
