Hi Everybody,

        Back in the days when I was not clear on the structure of the AGA, I
asked for a vote from the MC on the PAM issue. That was a mistake on my
part.  I should have asked for a vote from the Steering Committee. The
function of the MC is to advise on issues presented to them and to offer
comments, suggestions, etc. on issues under discussion.  It is the
Steering Committee who have voting rights.

        I apologize to everyone for getting us off track this way. The only
excuse I have is that things were not too clear at the time but that will
change when we have our bylaws so we can become incorporated.

        The AGA seems to be coming together in spite of that. The NEC convention
has been a catalyst for our first stand along convention and the plans
are looking extremely interesting and extensive. It sounds like we will
have a lot to offer our membership at Chattanooga.
