There are a couple of things I forgot to mention.  I also e-mailed James who
had volunteered to do the publicity for TAG, and gave him the go-ahead to do
the layout.  Essentially he is going to use the web site material.  He is
going to do his best to keep the number of pages down.  If things go
according to plan, TAG should be out by the middle of May, and at the latest
by the end of May.  I am going away on May 22nd for 2 weeks, so it will be
out by then for sure.
