RE: MCM - Digest V1 #280
We will limit registration to 200 so that can be included in all lists and
publicity. My travel agent has worked a deal with 3 airlines to give %10
and l5% discounts on flights for folks and there are several flights out
after 1:30 on Sun so our barbecue boat ride won't interfere with flights out
as long as people don't plan to be at airport before 2:00. We should be able
to take a van load from the boat to the airport by 2:00. I will work on the
brochure this week-end and email a copy to Erik for the website and people
can get it from there and mail it in so they can use credit cards (I
hope-will talk to our accountant guy). That way I can mail them out or email
them. The U of Fla is putting us on their website so that will also attract
attention-she wants a brochure too. If we deluged with requests we will have
to turn them down or move to the trade center! Nothing will change but
the riverboat if we get as many as 200-I will have to change boats-don't
want to but will have to because capacity isn't there.
