Hi guys,

Playing with a flatbed scanner and OCR software as possible TAG archive
methods, especially after hearing from Neil and Mary that there is no
archived electronic "source" anywhere.

So anyway, it's 25 minutes per issue to get it to bitmapped graphics,
another hour to OCR-it into a Word document.  I'm actually very surprised
at the quality of the OCR... even without any heavy proofreading,
it's pretty accurate.  Bodes well. Here's a sample (took me an hour
and a half from start to finish):
