Looks like you've got it all covered.  I would suggest that for simplicity's 
sake you only require one signature on the checks, but have two people with 
the power of signature on those checks (ie. Treasurer and Chairman).  I would 
strongly suggest, based on what HAS happened in the past to other clubs, that 
the Treasurer be bonded.  It costs very little, and can be the difference 
between the AGA surviving and not surviving if we at some time in the future 
have a Treasurer who gets confused between his/her own account and the AGA 
account.  Once the money is gone, it is very difficult to get it back. I 
would also suggest that the duties of secretary (keeping some sort of minutes 
of the "meetings", the gist of the meeting, but not necessarily every word, 
and those of Treasurer, with reporting requirements (to the SC) be spelled 
out.  

I suppose as Historian, I should have a copy of these records, our legal 
documents, and any other electronic or hard copy documents the SC deems 
important to the future of the AGA.  I have a nearly complete set of TAG, I'm 
just missing a few issues at the beginning.  (Dorothy got me hooked early on) 
 I have a file cabinet set up for the AGA.  While it would be a waste of time 
and space to save every written document (email, etc) that goes back and 
forth, a summary from the secretary should be maintained in case it needs to 
be referred to at some future date.  

As to dissoulution of the AGA funds, it should go to a Charity as voted on by 
the remaining members of the SC as their final monetary act.
