That's my point.  I think this decision should be made before it's even
written into the bylaws.  Otherwise we could end up with people voting down
the bylaws based on a single issue.

That's fine with me also.  We could have Mike (and whoever else has the
time and interest) work on other sections of the bylaws and leave this on
hold until Bob gets back.

That sounds fair enough.

But I thought there were still management decisions that needed to be made
before Bob could draft the final wording.  I was under the impression that
that was what the hold-up as.
