I believe, though that the $7 price is only for 100 or more at a time.
It's likely to be a bit more per copy for less.

I'll have to blame it on getting hit in the head. I totally forgot. I
don't think I've even read APD in almost a month. And now I can't find
what I wrote. I believe the only one who responded to my draft was Neil.
Do you still have a copy Neil? If you can send it to me, I'll fwd it to APD.
