TAG on the web site

This was pretty much the thought process that I went through when I heard
what you'd done. "Hmmm... I think it's good that it's not a text file.
Makes it just a tad more difficult to pinch."

As Erik said, I would expect to be asked for express permission to put a
text file article onto a web site. In fact, Fancy Pubs pays me for each
"reprint" article that they put up on their web site. I don't have a
problem with the idea that TAG is being stored on the web as is, as a
complete magazine. I do think that we should probably put something in
saying that nothing can be used in anything other than a non-profit _paper_
hobby publication without the express written permission of both AGA and
the author. (same rules we have for TAG currently, but state them again,
and make it clear that web sites need specific premission)
