The new chair is alas, not official yet.  Karen's still on vacation, and
I've gotten sidetracked all week to call for votes.  Nonetheless, if you
need something to fill a page, I can try to write something today and
bounce it off y'all.

Along with the correction, it'd be nice to have a blurb to re-invigorate
folks on the showcase, perhaps "A number of companies have now donated
merchandise to be used as prizes, including a 72-gallon bow-front
aquarium.  Remember that the deadline is September 30th, so get those
