I wrote on Fri or Sat but I guess somehow it did not make it. Our AV guys will tape thro the mike so that is taken care of and the tapes will be the AGA's and they can dupe and sell or whatever. The issue that needs discussing is whether we want to dilute our conferences by selling tapes? Will people buy tapes instead of coming? Or will tapes just give us a good educational tool to sell in the "bookstore" for people that really will never be able to come to conferences. This issue of whether selling conference tapes supports or hurts our conference efforts is the main one-all others are easily resolved (assuming speakers will talk into the mike and allow taping). A lot of yearly conferences have tapes for sale afterwards or talks bound into book form and given to attendees or sold. Charlene
