Arriving mid afternoon would be good if possible or earlier. The Clarion
will pick up people from the airport (if you let them know) or I will if you
let me know what time. I am trying to consolidate trips as there is so much
other stuff to do. I can set up display tables in our small "vendor room"
for magazines or contest info/results, whatever. Just let me know so I will
know how to arrange the room with the tables. We are probably around 40
attendees now and hope a few more come in over the next month or so. We
still have "ads" coming out in several publications that may spur some
action. Everyone keep talking it up so we can get a few more to keep costs a
little more in line. I have some that only are coming for the day and a few
that are paying for parts only, but trying to keep that at a minimum if
